When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, our cauldrons start bubbling! Expect a confirmation email within the hour. Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. You’ll get tracking info when your goodies are on their way. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, and up to 30 days for international orders.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. If your corner of the world isn't on that list—fear not! We're expanding our reach like a spell gone right. Stay tuned.

Do you offer local pick-up?
We’d love to teleport items straight to you, but alas—no in-store pick-up. We’re fully online, fully enchanted.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take quality seriously, but if something shows up looking like it tangled with a gremlin in transit, we've got your back. Email us within 30 days at treeandarrowshoppe@gmail.com with photos, your order number, and whether you’d prefer a reprint or refund. Subject line: PRODUCT DEFECT. We’ll sort it out faster than a broomstick chase.

Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final, as each item is custom conjured just for you. Please double-check size charts and color options before casting your purchase spell. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations—unless a product arrives defective (see above).
